Wow, even just the title takes me back to my childhood in the 60's and 70's because it reminds me of the Jim Croce song. Such great memories of a childhood well live, well loved and well remembered!

You nailed it! I actually did not intend to "borrow" from the song title but it was in my head from having listened to it while writing. Hopefully it does the song justice!

Thank you again for having me on the podcast recording today. So much fun sharing stories about storytelling! I'm grateful for the support and chance to be part of the show!

Fremont will ALWAYS be home and I haven't lived there since 19XX :-) It will always be a great place to be from! Thanks for your walks down memory lane and common themes of humanity.

I love what you did there! I'm grateful for the kind words and support. I'm trying to connect and inspire feeling on a very human level, so your note means a great deal. Thank you!

“That’s the thing about moving away, it means you have two homes - the place where you live and the place where you’re from.”

Our kids get so confused when we say we’re going home and mean Fremont.

Right! I had never thought about how often I do that or just how normal it seems to call Fremont home even though it hasnt been since ~2001 or so.
